Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. 

How long it takes: Everything is made to order, so allow a few business days for production before your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What it costs: Priced by weight and destination. You will see the exact number at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Emailed as soon as your order ships. Give it a day or two to start updating.

More than one package? Items are sometimes made in different facilities and arrive separately. No extra charge to you.

Customs and duties: Orders to Canada, the EU, and Australia may be charged import fees by your government. These are not included at checkout, and we cannot predict or refund them.

Check your address before you order. We cannot reroute a package once production starts.
