Refund policy

Everything we make is printed to order.

We will replace it or refund you if:

• It arrives damaged
• The print is defective
• You got the wrong item

We cannot take it back if:

• You ordered the wrong size
• You ordered the wrong color
• You changed your mind

To start a return, email hello@voilabrigitte.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will let you know your options.
